Rapprochement, reconciliation is a way forward to solve K. Issue: Inqilabi

Mahaz Media Cell, Oct.21, 2009: Azam Inqilabi, patron Jammu Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi(MeA), in a statement , while commenting on the present global scenario vis-à-vis Kashmir says, “We the struggling people of Kashmir feel highly obliged and indebted to the free world especially USA, China and OIC for expressing solidarity with Kashmir and Kashmiris. The proactive diplomatic support of USA and China to Kashmir freedom struggle is commendable and enviable . China as a party to Kashmir dispute approves of the independence option for Kashmir . Pakistan has already adopted a bold and visionary policy and stance regarding Kashmir. “Pakistan is no more averse to independence of Kashmir”—is the lemma of Pak foreign . Libyan leader Gen. Muammar Qaddafi has vociferously spoken in favour of independent Kashmir . He espoused the cause of Kashmiris in UN general Assembly. US president Mr. Barak Husain Obama and his entourage including Mrs. Clinton , the foreign minister, are working day and night to facilitate meaningful Indo-Pak dialogue on Kashmir. In such a congenial global atmosphere it is imperative for the dynamic leader of Kashmir Mirwaiz Umar Farooq , APHC chairman , to co-opt all the resistance leaders on either side of LOC for a common and clear policy for Kashmir cause . The valiant youth of Kashmir have already reposed trust in him . Hope veteran leader Syed Ali Geelani Saheb will endorse Mirwaiz Umar Farooq`s pragmatic and objective stand and stance regarding the future dispensation of Kashmir.”
“India and Pakistan , the two coeval countries in our neighbourhood , are now co-equal in power and potential . Kashmir has the inherent potential of becoming a nuclear flashpoint . Perpetual belligerency and regressive obsession is no answer to the volatile situation of South Asia . Rapprochement, reconciliation is a way forward to strengthen the dogma and doctrine of mutualism and codependency . So it is time to shun polemics, recrimination , temporization and prevarication. The two countries India and Pakistan should engage Kashmiris in the tripartite discourse on Kashmir . Delaying and dilatory politics will only confound the already flummoxed Kashmir situation to the detriment of peace and tranquillity of South Asia in particular and globe in general.”
